By Ewa Nworie Constitution to run the affairs of Eka- Awoke autonomous community,in Ikwo local government area of Ebonyi state,has been adopted by the people of the community.    The event which took place at community primary school,Onuafiukwa.Eka-Awoke,attracted large turn out of people from the five villages that make up the communuty.  The chairman of the constitution drafting committee,Dr.Irem Collins who handed over the copies of the constitution to Eka-Awoke through the councillor,representing Eka-Awoke Ward,Hon.Clifford Igboji,thanked the people of Eka-Awoke for giving them the chance to serve. By Ewa Nworie When we say that Governor Ogbonna Nwifuru's emergence as the governor of Ebonyi state,salt of the Nation under the platform of APC,is God's ordained,some people take it as a joke,and think that it is the height of political inclinations and gimmicks.    The truth is that governor Ogbonna Nwifuru,is not an ordinary man that could be joked with,in any aspect of contests,including court or tribunal,because,he was massively voted for by the people of Ebonyi state.  For me governor Ogbonna Nwifuru is more of a man on God's mission to deliver Ebonyi state.     Court or no court,governor Ogbonna Nwifuru has been destined to govern Ebonyi state for eight years. By Ewa Nworie The people of Eka- Awoke autonomous community in Ikwo local government area of Ebonyi has enacted a constitution that will guide it's activities with the aim of achieving it's set developmental objectives.    This becomes necessary as the people of Eka-Awoke in their series of meetings held at primary school,Onuafiukwa,,resolved to re write the histhory of the community which have for long been disadvantaged in terms of social amenities and government prescence.    Eka Awoke community since it's creation has conducted it's affairs without a written constitution.But,despite that,the community has remained very peaceful,but,devoid of meaningful development. For sure, the victory of governor Ogbonna Nwifuru at the tribunal is the confirmation of people's mandate.    My commendation goes to Ebonyi governorship election tribunal who stood firm in line with their noble legal profession to give undiluted judgement that further strengthened democracy in Nigeria.   This shows that judiciary is still the last hope of the common man.    Ebonyi people rolled out their drummes to celebrate the victory of governor Ogbonna Nwifuru.    It was victory for democracy,it was victory for all Ebonyians who voted massively for Ogbonna Nwifuru,it was victory for APC,the ruling Political Party in Nigeria,and it was victory for good governance.    I plead with those who want to reap where they did not sow to sheathe their sword and join hands with governor Ogbonna Nwifuru,the people's governor to develop the state.    Moving further to appeal the judgement of the tribunal,to me,is a waste of resources that should have been channeled toward us
