WHY GOVERNOR NWIFURU IS SIMPLY THE BEST

Governor Builder Ogbonna Nwifuru, GGCEHF, has left no one in doubt of his avowed determination to make Ebonyi state a heaven for all.

    It is on record that,governor Nwifuru has In less than 5 months of administration,strengthened economically every sectors of the state with his Midas touch.

    Governor Ogbonna Nwifuru is simply a great leader with difference,whose leadership ingenuity has been clearly and extensively demonstrated for the good of Ebonyi people.

    What baffles most people is that Nwifuru does not know how to make empty political promise.

Before he makes any,he has already commenced implementation.

 Governor Ogbonna Nwifuru is very humble and compassonate,as he feels the pains of the down trodden and the common man on the street.

   That is why,few days after assumption of office,he announced the increment of workers salary by N10,000 each,to cushion the effect of fuel subsidy which took every Nigerian by surprise with it's damning consequences.

 Few days later,governor Nwifuru,ordered the recruitment of 195 health personnel,comprising,Doctors,Pharmacists,Nurses,Laboratory technitians,Health attendants among other positions to make the 13 General hospitals of the state,most effective and efficient in offering quality health care services to the people.

Not satisfied with the manpower needs of critical sectors to drive development,Nwifuru again,ordered the recruitment of one thousand one hundred and fifty(1,150) workers into the state civil service.

As if that was not enough,governor Nwifuru,while feeling the pains and hardship suffered by the state retirees who were already hopeless and dieing,because of hunger and diseases,ordered the payment of gratuities,from 1996 to 2021 amounting to  N3.8bn.

    Governor Nwifuru also,breathed in air of life to Ebonyi State University which was then at the edge of collapse as it's workers were owed over 7 months arears of salaries,and went ahead to increase the monthly subvention of the state University from 150 million Naira to 200 million Naira monthly.

The university has since return back to life as the arreas of salaries of it's staff has been fully paid.

    Nwifuru also cleared the 5 months salaries owed to workers at Wilberforce Chuba Okadigbo International airport,Onueke.

Another touching welfare project of NWIFURU's administration,include,the approval of training and mentorship of 1,500 Ebonyians,doing menial jobs in various cities across the country,with N2million each,amounting to N3bn.

Governor Nwifuru has paid N15 million Naira to a kidney transplant patient from Ezza North local government area,by the name Mr Ifeanyi Isreal Ugo who was only waiting for death,following the inability of the parents to afford his medication abroad.

   Just on on Independence day and Ebonyi state creation at 27, governor Ogbonna Nwifuru,announced the procurement of 4 number 100 seater buses for the transportation of workers from Abakaliki metropolis to Abakaliki,Onueke airport,Centenary city,College of Education Ikwo,Ebonyi State University,and of course,other areas of needs by commuters.

   The above mentioned feats achieved within short period of time,are just the tip of an iceberg.

    Of a truth,Ebonyi people are very lucky to have a people driven and purposeful leader, governor Ogbonna Nwifuru,at this moment of history,where hardship and economic downturn have taken the centre stage. 

   The truth is that,governor Ogbonna Nwifuru has simplified leadership with his policy human face manifestor,titled,"The people's Charter of Needs". 

    He has truly kept faith with the needs of the people.
