GOV. NWIFIRU'S VICTORY AT APPEAL COURT,A VINDICATION OF PEOPLE'S MANDATE

When we say that Governor Ogbonna Nwifuru's emergence as the governor of Ebonyi state,salt of the Nation under the platform of APC,is God's ordained,some people take it as a joke,and think that it is the height of political inclinations and gimmicks.
   The truth is that governor Ogbonna Nwifuru,is not an ordinary man that could be joked with,in any aspect of contests,including court or tribunal,because,he was massively voted for by the people of Ebonyi state.
 For me governor Ogbonna Nwifuru is more of a man on God's mission to deliver Ebonyi state.
    Court or no court,governor Ogbonna Nwifuru has been destined to govern Ebonyi state for eight years. That is very clear for spiritual eyes,not beclouded with sentiments.
 Therefore, it is a waste of resources by anybody to challenge him in any law court over his election. 
   The 2023 gubernatorial election tribunal had earlier dismissed a case instituted against him by Ifeanyichukwuma Odii,a PDP 2023 gubernatorial candidate and Benard Odoh,of APGA, describing their petitions in the tribunal as lacking in merits.
Today,at the Lagos court of Appeal, the case against Nwifuru, by the PDP gubernatorial candidate was again, dismissed for lacking in merit,thereby,upholding the judgement of the tribunal.All the issues raised by the petitioner were all thrown out by the appellate court in favour of governor Ogbonna Nwifuru.
  What else will make the challengers and petitioners,chief Ifeanyi Chukwuma Odii of PDP and Dr.Benard Odoh of APGA to down their tools and join hands with governor Ogbonna Nwifuru to make Ebonyi state great.
Going further to supreme Court by the petitioners,will be another waste of resources,as what God has written stays written. 
  I urge the litigants to down their tools,as it is still time to make amends to reunite with governor Ogbonna Nwifuru for the progress,peace and unity of Ebonyi state.
   Good a thing,the two litigants are free and qualified to contest again,after Nwifuru has exhausted his eight years tenure, as it may not be right for governor Ogbonna Nwifuru to hand over to any body that pursued case against him up to the supreme Court.This is the truth and very natural to believe.
For sure,the people of Ebonyi state are very happy over the appelate court ruling,today,24th November,2023,reaffirming the victory of governor Ogbonna Nwifuru in the 2023 gubernatorial election. The ruling is an affirmation  of people's mandate.
  The joy of this victory thrickled down from Lagos,where the appelate court sat to deliver the lead judgement,down to Ebonyi state.
 All Ebonyians living in Lagos were seen closing some major streets and their shops,jumping up,rejoicing over the court's ruling.
 You recalled that,governor Nwifuru's government mantra,"the people's  Charter of Needs",have a month ago,given middas touch to Ebonyians hawking in Lagos and other major cities in Nigeria,empowering them with 2million Naira each,to start any business of their choice.
     In Ebonyi state the joy of the victory,knows no bound as residents of the state on hearing the judgement of the appeal court reaffirming Nwifuru's victor,took to various drinking joints,while the popular Abakaliki International market went agog,with joys and merriments among the people.
    According to the scripture,"when the righteous is on the throne,the people rejoice".

EKA-AWOKE COMMUNITY QUALIFIES FOR WORLD BANK ASSISTED PROJECTS

By Ewa Nworie Eka-Awoke community in Ikwo local government area of Ebonyi state was among the 54 communities qualified for CSDA support under the NG-CARES programme,a world Bank Assisted project.    Members of the CSDA committee from Eka-Awoke,elected to carry out the implementation of their community project,joined colleagues from other communities to receive intensive training on how to handle the projects. The training which took place at Re-maretona hotel Andsuite,Abakaliki,was meant to empower the committees of benefiting communities with the prerequisite knowledge on how to carry out the world Bank Assited projects in their various communities in line with the world Bank approved standard The training which was seen as quite impactful and result oriented,as members of the committees were seen answering questions correctly from the resource persons,kept the committees abreast of what they should know about the management of Agency's fund.

NDUFU IKWO DC COORDINATOR,DR.EJEM CHARGES NEW MGT CTTEE MEMBERS TO WORK HARD
