By Silvester Egede The Ebonyi State House of Assembly has passed into law a bill to establish the Ebonyi State Electricity 2024 and other matters conneccted thereto. The passage of the bill into law took place at Nkaliki Road during. plenary session presided over by the Speaker Rt  Hon Chief  Moses Ije Odunwa . The law which is deemed to have come into force  on Tuesday 9th July 2024 will be cited as the Ebonyi State Electricity law 2024. Speaking earlier on the bill, the Leader of the House Hon Kingsley Ikoro urged the honourable members to support the passage of the bill which he said provides legal framework to guide the operations of electricity generation in Ebonyi State.
