As  the euphoria for the overwhelming victory of APC in Ebonyi state is being consumated by the APC Party members,the people of Eka- Awoke ward in Ikwo local government area, Saturday,25th,March 2023 gathered in their  great numbers at Nwafia Egunkwo to sing songs of praises to God for the victory of chief Ogbonna Nwifuru,as the next governor of Ebonyi state.       In their songs of praises,they thanked the Almighty God for answering their prayers for the victory of Nwifuru,whom they described as their beloved in-law.      They also thanked God for the victory of all other APC candidates, starting from Bola Tinubu,the president- elect of Nigeria,the member,representing Ikwo/Ezza federal constituency,Comrade Chinedu Ogah,OON,the Senator elect for Ebonyi central, Engr. The people of Umuekumenyi,made up of 8 local government areas in Ebonyi state,have adopted the APC Gubernatorial Candidate,chief Ogbonna Nwifuru as their sole governorship candidate for the forthcoming gubernatoral elections.      Moving a motion,the Leader of Ebonyi State House of Assembly, Hon.Victor Chukwu,seconded by the Senator elect in Ebonyi North Senatorial zone, Barr.
