Tanzania Based Christ Mandate Church,Opens Branch In Ebonyi

Christ mandate church," with headquarters at Tanzania,Dar es Salaam,has opened it's branch in Abakaliki,the Ebonyi state capital.
   The new branch,which is situated at Hiltop road,opposite living faith primary and secondary school by water works road,Abakaliki,was declared open by the state pastor of the church,pastor Emmanuel Iseghohimhen,on behalf of the general overseer and founder of the "Christ Mandate Church",pastor Malachi Joseph.
   The church which has 7 branches in Tanzania,with free Television channels received world wide,launched itself to Ebonyi state,after a successful "Eka-Awoke Ikwo for Christ crusade,"conducted  early this year by the church,which saw the deaf and many sick people receive healings. 
   Declaring the new branch open,the state pastor,pastor Samuel Iseghohimhen,admonished the members and Christains all over the world to rejoice in the Lord,as God has open a new vista of hope for the hopeless and those that seek God in truth and in spirit,stressing that God is using "Christ Mandate church"world wide  to reach the unreached,for the salvation of souls.
In his sermon during the church service,titled,"from Grass to Grace,"  pastor Samuel who took his text from,Numbers,chapter 33 verse 1-9,explained how God lifted Joseph up from prison to the position of prime minister,and David from cattle rearer to become the King of Judea,urged Christains to shun sin,  so that God will lift them up from Grass to Grace,like Joseph and David.
He described sin as the hindrance that separates man from God,emphasising that Christains should pray without season to overcome sin and the devil.
 Pastor Samuel who said,the surest way to greatness is showing appreciations in the journey of life,just like one of the ten leppers that were healed by God who went back to appreciate God.
 The man of God further told Christains that for them to be lifted up from Grass to Grace,they have to do away with sin,must be prayerful,shun the spirit of unbelieve,murmuring,and over familiarity with God.
  Rather,they should be deligent at all times  to seek and worship God in truth and spirit,adding that the only impossible journey in life is the journey one have not started.
  Pastor Emmanuel who was visibly happy to recieve the new members  numbering over 27 faithful,assured the congregation that,the journey Christ Mandate Church has just began in Ebonyi state,will grow from Grass to Grace in fulfilment of the prophesy of God.
 There were intercessory prayers and anointing by the man of God,pastor Emmanuel for God's open doors and blessings upon the congregation.

EKA-AWOKE COMMUNITY QUALIFIES FOR WORLD BANK ASSISTED PROJECTS

By Ewa Nworie Eka-Awoke community in Ikwo local government area of Ebonyi state was among the 54 communities qualified for CSDA support under the NG-CARES programme,a world Bank Assisted project.    Members of the CSDA committee from Eka-Awoke,elected to carry out the implementation of their community project,joined colleagues from other communities to receive intensive training on how to handle the projects. The training which took place at Re-maretona hotel Andsuite,Abakaliki,was meant to empower the committees of benefiting communities with the prerequisite knowledge on how to carry out the world Bank Assited projects in their various communities in line with the world Bank approved standard The training which was seen as quite impactful and result oriented,as members of the committees were seen answering questions correctly from the resource persons,kept the committees abreast of what they should know about the management of Agency's fund.
